Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. – Matthew 11:28

Love Hannah Grace
Foundation
Hannah Grace Hare suffered from the disease of addiction. Hannah died February 9, 2023 from an overdose of Fentanyl, but Hannah was more than her disease. Hannah was a daughter. Hannah was a sister. Hannah was working on living a life beyond addiction. Hannah had a plan and dreams. Most of all, Hannah had hope for her future. Hannah was on the road of recovery and had begun the work to define her life worth living.
The word Hannah means Grace. Grace is defined as undeserved or unmerited favor. Hannah saw the humanity in those going through recovery. She saw the courage and determination. She saw the smiles through the struggles. She saw the generosity of those who had little but were willing to share all that they had. The recovery community was her community.
Love, Hannah Grace Foundation was created to honor the memory of Hannah with the sole purpose of helping others like her realize their dreams to have a life worth living.
